Honest Review that still yielded 5 - Stars: Sales: I worked with Alyssa and Dori. Both are rock stars and helped me custom order my 4runner. Dori especially came through with follow up, communication, and the details of the build making sure everything went to plan. Dori is flat out amazing and her customer service is superb. Alyssa is in the same boat and helped us meticulously through contracting, the test drive, and delivery. HIGHLY recommend both without hesitation. My advice to DMT is to speed up the transition going from sales to financing to delivery AND to increase the communication on the sales process if the customer hasn't taken delivery. Lastly, DMT would do well with having dedicated personnel in the Delivery bay - this person being responsible for all things delivery, answering all the questions the customers have regarding their new vehicles. This is the last touch point of the process and should be executed flawlessly. Service: The service department at DMT is amazing as they have a well seasoned leader, Larry Tuttle who will also go to extremes to make sure his customers are satisfied with their experiences. Overall: Toyota's sell themselves for the reliability and luxury. The Team at DMT will sell you on their service and commitment to you, the customer. 5-Star review.

I bought a Tacoma here a few weeks ago. As a first-time buyer, I was nervous coming in, but the vibe in this dealership was amazing. The team here was very welcoming and patient with me. Luis Alarcon in sales was able to address all my concerns while I was looking. He was accommodating in providing the options I had asked for that were within my budget. It was nice to see the manager, Andre, be proactive throughout the approval process. Leandro (Leo) from finance was very detailed and helpful in explaining my purchase. He was very understanding when I took so long to make a final decision. Although my family and I spent almost six hours here, I'm thankful for the smooth process.
