I had been on the hunt for a vehicle for over a month, I was looking for very specific things. I had kinda given up on finding a vehicle I’d love and was ready to settle for something that was just ok, a friend recommended Don McGill Toyota and Myka took care of me! She stayed till late helping me with everything, at all the other dealerships I felt belittled and half the time didn’t really understand what they were saying. With Myka I never felt like that I always understood, I felt like she was very direct and to the point, never sugar coating things. I walked out of the dealership extremely happy with the service and my vehicle!

First time taking our Highlander into Don McGill. The service team was fast and very polite for a busy afternoon. Parts Department was helpful on some questions I had today. Even the sales team was super nice even though we were only looking to pass the time. By the time I text the service department for an update Vincent from the service department walk over to me to let me know our vehicle was ready. Not a fan of driving busy I-10 but the experience at the dealership is worth the time.
