We bought a new 2024 Prius Prime XSE from this dealership. Before our purchase, we test-drove two cars and checked out a third. Israel was helping us out with our test drives and the sale of the vehicle. He was fantastic to deal with, patient and wasn't incredibly pushy. He saw that we did our homework as we came with an offer from another dealership for the same car with nearly identical specs. We are able to negotiate with Israel on a price we like. Fernando, the finance person we worked with on the paperwork, was also pleasant to deal with. He explained clearly the different warranty options we had available without shoving them down our throats. He also didn't try to sell us on their financing options once he saw we had outside financing with a good rate. In past car buying experiences, I remember the folks we dealt with not taking no for an answer and wasting a lot of time. My wife and I were happy and extremely satisfied that this wasn't the case at Don McGill.

I had such an amazing experience at the Don McGill Toyota ! I came in just looking for options and my intentions were not to walk out with a vehicle but Syed was very helpful, patient, and caring towards my personal car buying experience and made me feel very comfortable and heard about my specifications. Not only was he great also our finance manager Jose Pena! He knew our price and made it possible for us to have all the wonderful perks and coverages for even a much lower price . He left me speechless I cried tears of Joy . God is wonderful ! I will definitely keep coming back to Don McGill because of my wonderful experience! Mr. Aliyu is an outstanding salesman and very knowledgeable in answering my questions during and after purchasing two vehicles. He doesn’t just secure a sale and never hear from again, he will still help out after vehicles been purchased and helping resolve any issues with vehicles if need be.

Erlon and the team did a great job making the car buying process smoother than your average dealership. They were really willing to work on the price for a great car that I enjoy driving! My only complaint I have would have to be their inclusion of a Car RX insurance program on all new vehicles. It’s basically enhanced low jack that you would pay a high amount (originally offered around $1100) to get a small $2500 cash rebate on a future purchase IF and only if your car is stolen and not recovered. To be honest, that program has worse odds of hitting than my 48-leg parlay on Super Bowl Sunday. So do yourself a favor and negotiate that off the price. Otherwise, the lifetime powertrain warranty is a good promise, although not sure how it interacts with the hybrid vehicle I just purchased. There was some conflicting information from the sales rep and finance manager about what the standard issue warranty covered.
