Don McGill has bad customer service. Bought a 2023 Toyota RAV4 for $32,250 cash. Had one small request: Please remove cargo rack which is a 5-minute job ( I am an engineer so I know). They wanted to charge me $300 to do it. What a bunch of greedy jerks!. They also tried charge me $5,000 worth of junk fees before I refused to pay it. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. They are sleazy and do not know how to treat customers.

I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla Cross from Don McGill Toyota and couldn’t be happier with the buying experience. And, I couldn’t have had a more professional sales person, Saul. He was very genuine and didn’t use the deceptive sales practice you see with most car salesmen. In addition, during the sit down with the finance guy, no tactics were used to get me to buy unnecessary additions to my purchase. I will certainly go back for future vehicle purchases.

After traveling so far to get the sienna I wanted I was very happy with he customer service I received from Francisco Castillo. I spoke to almost all Toyota dealerships from Colorado to Texas, looking for Siennas on ground, and I did not find a Salesperson with the professionalism and care that Francisco showed. Don McGill Toyota has a great and knowledgeable sales department. It was a long trip but worth it.

The past two times I have been to the service center, my car did not start getting worked on until 2 hours after my appointment time. Neither time was I kept updated. The first time was for a recall and after two hours of waiting when I asked how much longer it would take, I was told they hadn't started and the guy who preforms the recalls was not even there. The next time was for 30k miles routine maintenance and was ignored by the representative who told me they would keep me up to date and answer my questions via text. No explanation or compensation was given. I was only met with a too bad their is nothing you can do attitude.

Patrycia (sales) was very professional. What I did not like it’s the time I have to wait once the deal was agreed. It took forever to get the paperwork done and then I had to wait for the financial guy to sign the papers. It’s also bothersome the financial guy trying to upsell additional packages. Once the deal is done, should be ready for signatures without having to negotiate again.

Jesse Solis was our sales rep, he was fantastic! He really valued our time, he was honest and upfront through the process which made much easier and quicker than previous car buying experiences.
